The valves fully comply with BS EN ISO 10434 (AP1600), AP16D, ASME B16.34, BS1873, BS1868, flanges to ASME B16.5 & EN1092-1, butt-weld to ASME B16.25 or other customer requirements.

HH Valves also carry out tests in the Wigan UK factory to customer specific standards. HH Valves normally carry out dimensional and order detail inspections on all valves supplied. In addition we carry out a hydro-test to API 598 and BSEN 1266 and PMI examination by size and pressure class for each order.
At the customer request further NDE can be applied to conform to ASME B16.34 Special class. When specified in the order customer witness for all tests can be included.
